Account Deletion

At Lofy Kenya, we understand that you may want to delete your account at some point. This page explains how to do so directly from the app.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Lofy app on your device.
2. Log in to your account, if you are not already logged in.
3. navigate to Profile located in the last tab of home screen
4. Click the drawer on the top right corner
5. Click settings
6. Once the settings screen has opened,click the leave icon in the top right corner,a menu will show,select delete account
7. On the account delete screen,Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your account deletion.
8. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all data associated with it will be permanently removed.
• If you encounter any issues during the deletion process, please contact us for assistance.
